World Wetlands Day: 2nd of February.
World Day of Social Justice: 20th of February.

World Water Day: 22nd of March.
Earth Hour:promotes efforts to address global warming by asking businesses and residents to turn off their lights for one hour. Held in late March

Earth Day: 22 of April.

World Fair Trade Day: held annually on or around the second Saturday of May.
International Day for Biological Diversity: 22nd of May.
Fair Trade Day/Week: during the second week of May
World No Tobacco Day: 31st of May.

World Environment Day : 5th of June.

National Trails Day: on the first Saturday of June (U.S. and Canadian event).
Great American Backyard Campout: held in the latter part of June (U.S. event).
